Vodafone Essar announces Group Talk 174 Plan for postpaid customers

Kolkata, Feb 19 (UNI) Cellular service providers Vodafone Essar today announced the Group Talk 174 Plan for its postpaid customers in Kolkata and West Bengal offering customers a low cost group talk opportunity.

The service will enable Vodafone customers to make calls at a rate of 10 paise per minute within a group and 50 paise per minute to other local Vodafone mobile phones.

" The Group Talk 174 Plan offers our customers the flexibility of choosing their own group to get maximum benefit from their talk plan," Vodafone Essar East Limited Chief Executive Officer Sridhar Rao said.

Customers can make groups of two to ten individuals to avail this plan. This scheme also allows calls to other local numbers at Re one per minute and STD calls at Rs. 2.40 per minute. As an additional benefit, the caller identification charges of the members in the group are waived off.
