Macca and Mills' divorce deal not settled yet
London, Feb 19 : Sir Paul McCartney and Heather Mills have failed to reach an agreement in their divorce battle and now the judge will impose a settlement on the warring couple.
This means rumours the couple has reached a divorce deal at the weekend were unfounded.
A source has revealed that Justice Sir Hugh Bennett decided to impose a settlement on the couple after they failed to hammer out a deal after spending more than a week in court behind close doors.
"He will now reserve judgment for several weeks," The Sun quoted a source, as saying.
Within the next few weeks Bennett will work out how much of Macca's money Mills will get from his estimated 825 million pounds fortune.
He has also ordered both the parties to remain gagged until the decision comes out.
"It's finished now. We are not allowed to speak. They are private proceedings," Mills said.
Mills was in court for the hearing while the former Beatle did not attend, as he is thought to be rehearsing for a performance at the Brit Awards.
