In4velocity to tap opportunity in Delhi Real Estate

Bangalore, Feb 19: City-based In4velocity Systems, software solutions provider for Real Estate and Property Development industry, today outlined its plans to tap the growing Delhi and north India markets for its Enter Resource Management System application 'In4Suite.'

In4Suite is India's largest selling and the only integrated end-to-end solution for real estate firms. The firm already had customers like RMZ Corp, Peninsula Land, L&T Properties Jaypee group and Vakil Housing and over 10,000 active users across the country, according to a release here. The product ensures automation of business processes from land acquisition, legal, liaison and engineering, purchase and sales, rental to property management and mall management.

CEO Rahul Chawla said In4velocity was looking at Delhi and other states in north like Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh as a major market.
