Four cement factory workers killed in Assam
Guwahati, Feb 19 (UNI) Four cement factory employees were killed and two others injured in an ambush by Dimasa militants in Assam's North Cachar Hills district today.
Police said the ambush took place about four km away from Umrangsu town.
The anti-talks faction of the Dima Halom Daogah, also known as ''Black Widow'', laid ambush on a Binay Cement vehicle, which was going to a limestone quarry.
Three persons were killed on the spot, while another succumbed in the hospital.
Two others also sustained injuries.
The militants also set ablaze the vehicle.
