Manish Tiwari new Congress spokesman

New Delhi, Feb 18: AICC Secretary Manish Tiwari was today nominated a spokesperson of the Congress. The nomination was made by Congress President Sonia Gandhi, AICC General Secretary Janardhan Dwivedi said in a statement. There are already three AICC spokespersons-- Mr Abhishek Singhvi, Mr Shakeel Ahmed and Mrs Jayanti Natarajan-- with Mr Verrappa Moily as AICC Media Cell Incharge.
