Kerala girl commits suicide in AP

Vijayawada, Feb 18: A female student from Kerala allegedly committed suicide by consuming some tablets at her hostel in Penamaluru, near here.

Police said Roshnamol (19) was rushed to a private hospital where she breathed her last, late last night.

Hailing from Vattakkavil in Kozhikode District, Roshnamol was doing a nursing course at a hospital in the city.

In a suicide note, Roshnamol said she fell in love with Sunil working for a finance company in Kerala.

Since her parents did not accept it, she took the extreme step, police said. The body would be sent to Kerala after the post-mortem.
