Union Sports Minister apprised of LPG shortage in Sultanpur
Sultanpur, Feb 17 (UNI) Union Panchayati Raj, Sports and Youth Welfare Minister Mani Shankar Aiyer was today apprised of the LPG and kerosene shortage during his visit to the district, which happens to be the parliamentary area of AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi.
The Congress workers informed the union minister about the LPG and kerosene crisis in the district, sources said.
In a quick step, Mr Aiyer, spoke with Petroleum Minister Murli Deora on telephone, informing him about the shortage.
The minister was here to participate in a sports competition.
Later, he assured that the problem would be dealt with soon.
