Tata's SerWizSolto to start 4 more rural BPO centres
Mumbai, Feb 15 (UNI) One of India's leading rural BPOs, TATA SerWizSol, will start four more centres shortly to handle voice and non-voice related work, company's head of India operations, Raju Bhatnagar today said.
''We are in the process of setting up another four centres in the country. In addition to this, we are also exploring our capabality to handle English language calls for the domestic clients,'' Bhatnagar said, on the concluding day of the three-day NASSCOM India leadership Forum 2008 here today.
Tata group-promoted SerWizSol is a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) services provider, and one of the largest third party business services providers in India.
The company provides both voice-based and non-voice based work, and at present runs two centres, one in Ethakota of Andhra Pradesh with 90 seaters and one in Mithapur Gujarat with 100 seats.
Mr Bhatnagar said that locations were being identified for the English call centre, which would be 20-25 seaters, and if things go accordingly, these centre would become functional in the next nine months.
