Vipul Ltd to invest Rs 650 crore in Punjab
Chandigarh, Feb 14 (UNI) Vipul Limited, a Gurgaon based real estate developer, today announced to invest Rs 650 crore in its various housing and hotel projects in the state of Punjab.
Addressing a press conference here, Mr Punit Beriwala, Managing director Vipul Ltd, a flagship company of Vipul Group, announced the launch of its mega projects in the state.
The projects include a 109 acres mega township project 'Vipul world', on Ferozepur Road in Ludhiana, to be launched in April, and three hotel projects one each in Mohali, Ludhiana and Amritsar.
The Rs 400 crore township project would comprise of plots, lifestyle villas, premium apartments, high-end commercial complex, fully equipped convenience shopping arcade, club house and a five star hotel.
The compnay, which has also forayed into the hospitality sector in collaboration with Sarovar Hotels and Resorts, plans to invest about Rs 250 crore in its four star hotel projects in other cities of the state, which will be ready by 2010.
