Lalu chief guest at RJD's "Chetna" rally in J'khand

Ranchi, Feb 13 (UNI) RJD president and Railway Minister Lalu Prasad would be the chief guest at the much-hyped ''Chetna'' rally in the historic Morhabadi Ground here tomorrow, party sources today said.

Nothing is being left to chance to prove the strength of the party at the rally, particularly after the Jharkhand Vikash Morcha(P)'s success in drawing nearly 45,000 people to its ''Parivartan'' rally held at the same venue on February six, the sources said.

Several Central Ministers and senior RJD leaders are scheduled to participate in the programme.

On February 6, the JVM (P) sponsored rally was attended by former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra Babu Naidu, former Haryana Chief Minister Om Prakash Chautala, Asom Gana Parish president Brindaban Goswami and a host of dignitaries of the UNPA.
