HAU to organise Kisan Mela on March 9-10

Hisar, Feb 13 (UNI) Haryana Agricultural University will organise the Annual Farm Fair (Kisan Mela) on March 9-10.

Thousands of farmers from all over Haryana and adjoining states will participate in this two-day annual event, which will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda.

According to the Farm Fair Coordinator and University's Director of Extension Education, Dr R K Malik, the visiting farmers, on both days, will be taken to research farms in groups where kharif crops grown with the latest technology will be shown to them.
