TRS leaders' resignation threat of no use: Dattatreya

Tirupati, Feb 11 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh BJP President Bandaru Dattatreya today said mere threat of Telangana Rasthra Samithi MPs and MLAs resignation, to protest the delay in granting separate statehood for Telangana will not solve the problem.

Addressing the press here, the BJP leader said the party was not against the TRS move, but resignations would not mount pressure on the government.

Pressure on the government would be built only if Senior Congress leaders resign from their posts.

He claimed if the Congress was willing, full statehood could be achieved in three days.
