Gang of robbers busted in South Delhi

New Delhi, Feb 11 (UNI) With the arrest of five people from South Delhi, police today claimed to have busted a gang of robbers.

Ram Dulare (40), Shahid (20), Shah Azam (30), Firoz (30) and Vinod Kumar (26) were arrested from Sarita Vihar while they were planning to rob a house in Sainik Farms areas.

Police recovered 30 empty containers of electric transformers and its components, two knives, two iron pipes and a tool kit.

During interrogation, police said, the accused admitted to being part of the gang and involved in several cases.
