Special Lok Adalats for bank loan cases on April 19

Chandigarh, Feb 10 (UNI) Special Lok Adalats for setteling of bank loan cases, pending as well as pre-litigative stage in Haryana, will be held on April 19 in all the districts and sub-divisional judicial courts in the state.

A spokesman of the Haryana State Legal Services Authority said that these Lok Adalats would be organised in the State under the Chairmanship of Justice Adarsh Kumar Goel, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court and Executive Chairman of the Haryana State Legal Service Authority.

He said that the Chairman had directed all the District and Session Judges-cum-Chairmen, District Legal Services Authority Haryana, Additional District and Sessions Judge (i)-cum-Chairman District Legal Services Authorities, Panipat and Jhajjar, all the Chief Judicial Magistrates-cum-Secretaries, District Legal Services Authorities in the State of Haryana and all the Additional Civil Judges cum Chairman, Sub Divisional Legal Services Committees of the State to take up all the bank loan cases, pending as well as pre-litigative stage in the special lok adalats.

They have also been directed to make all efforts to settle the maximum number of these cases.

He said that these officers might also take other cases in the Special Lok Adalats for settlement.
