Lifer for 2 dacoits in murder case in MP

Shivpuri, MP, Feb 9: Special judge J M Chaturvedi has sentenced two dacoits of Gadaria gang to life imprisonment and imposed fine of Rs 10,000 each or in default to undergo imprisonment for three years in a murder case.

Dacoits Ramvir Dhobi alias Veera and Mahendra Adivasi were charged with murder of Outar Singh in the forest in Khirwai village in Subhashpura are a on February 9, 2006.

Two other accused Gopal and Balkishen were acquitted giving them the benefit of doubt, while few other accused died during the trial, the prosecution said.
