Dry weather prevailed over the state

Bangalore, Feb 5: Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hours today.

Mainly dry weather prevailed over South Interior Karnataka and dry weather prevailed over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Minimum temperatures changed little over the State. They were appreciably below normal at a few places over North Interior Karnataka, however above normal at many places being appreciably so at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were normal over Coastal Karnataka.

Belgaum AP recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 13.0 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Thursday morning: Light rain likely to occur at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka and mainly dry weather may prevail over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light rain likely to occur at isolated places over Mandya, Mysore, Chamarajnagara, Bangalore Rural, Bangalore Urban, Kolar, Tumkur, Kodagu, Hassan, Chikmagalur districts. Mainly dry weather may prevail over remaining districts of the State.

Forecast for Bangalore: Partly cloudy. Minimum temperature likely to be around 19 degree celsius.
