PTC India shares and convertible debentures open for FIIs: RBI

Mumbai, Feb 4 (UNI) As per RBI notifications under Portfolio Investment Scheme (PIS), FIIs can now purchase equity and convertible debentures of PTC India upto 60 per cent of the paid up capital through primary markets and stock exchanges.

The company has also passed resolution to this effect at the Board of Director and Extraordinary General Body Meeting, stated a release today.
