Mirren to inaugurate cruise ship

Washington, Feb 4 : Legendary actress Helen Mirren is all set to launch her first cruise ship.

The Oscar winning actress would be inaugurating her new cruise ship Ventura on April 16.

Nigel Esdale, managing director of P+O Cruises, the company that operates the ship, revealed that they are glad that Mirren is associated with the ship.

"Dame Helen Mirren embodies glamour, vitality and Britishness, which are all values that will be a feature of Ventura," Contactmusic quoted Esdale as saying.

"We are delighted that Dame Helen is to be associated with her," Esdale added.
