JK: 8-kg IED, 10-kg RDX recovered in Reasi
Jammu, Feb 4: Eight kilograms of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) and ten kilograms of RDX were recovered in tehsil Mahore of Reasi district in Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said here today.
On tip-off, troops of 51 Rashtriya Rifles launched a search operation in Mahore area yesterday and recovered a dump of ammunition including 10-kg RDX and IED weighing 8-kg, sources told UNI.
''Four detonators and assorted ammunition was also recovered from the site,'' sources said, asserting that the search operation was launched in the area.
