Court to frame charges against BSP MP tomorrow

Jaunpur, Feb 4 (UNI) Charges against murder accused BSP MP Umakant Yadav would be framed here tomorrow.

Yadav, presently lodged in Fatehgarh Central Jail, was produced before District Court Judge Shivanand Mishra amid tight security in connection with the killing of Japtapur gram pradhan Shyam Kanhaiyya Yadav.

As another accused Chandrashekhar was not present because of being indisposed, the court posted the case for tomorrow to frame charges against the killers.

Till then, yadav would remain in the district prison.

On August 24, 2007, masked desperadoes had shot dead Kanhaiyya Yadav in Sarai Khwaja area.

Later, the BSP MP was booked for hatching a conspiracy to eliminate the gram pradhan.
