Non-bailable warrants issued against two R R soldiers in Kashmir
Srinagar, Feb 1 (UNI) Taking a serious notice of police report that Army was not cooperating in the alleged custodial death inquiry, a local court here has issued non-bailable warrants against two Rashtriya Rifle(RR) personnel.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Srinagar, issued the warrants against two soldiers of 7 RR Vikram Singh and E K Balbeer Singh allegedly involved in the arrest and subsequent disappearance of Mohammad Hussain Ashraf, a resident of Pantha Chowk.
The court later fixed February 15 as next date of hearing and directed police to present the accused in the court.

The High Court in its order directed the police to speed up the investigation and trace Hussain's whereabouts.
The court also directed police to present all records, including investigation report to CJM, Srinagar.
However, a police officer informed the CJM that RR was not cooperating with the investigation.
