Tourism triggers real estate boom in Jaipur

Jaipur, Jan 28, 2008 : Real estate prices are witnessing an upward spiral in the city of Jaipur, better known as the 'Pink City", one of India"s prime tourist destinations.

The last five years have witnessed a manifold growth in the sector. As per market estimates around 1,50,000 crore rupees are likely to be invested in the next four to five years in Jaipur alone. The city attracts a large number of investors due to its strategic location, besides being a tourist hotspot.
