Titanic iceberg embrace voted 'Best Movie Hug Ever'
Washington, Jan 27 : Kate Winslet's hug with Leonardo Dicaprio as the iceberg strikes the Titanic has been voted the Best Movie Hug Ever.
The clinch, on the deck of the doomed ship in the 1997 blockbuster, emerged as the winner, beating the embrace between Dirty Dancing's Baby and Johnny into second place.
The hug between Henry Thomas, who played Elliot, and his extra-terrestrial friend in the incubator in the 1982 movie E.T. got the third spot, reports Contactmusic.
Bridget Jones' Diary took fourth place for the moment Bridget runs after Mark Darcy wearing just pants and a cardigan and they hug in the snow.
Ex-convicts Andy and Red's hug in the final scene of The Shawshank Redemption rounded off the top five.
Other hugs included embraces in The Lion King, It's A Wonderful Life, Love Actually, Pretty Woman and The Snowman.
