TN Governor condoles former First Lady's demise

Chennai, Jan 25 (UNI) Tamil Nadu Governor S S Barnala today condoled the death of Ms Usha Narayanan, wife of former President K R Narayanan.

In a message here, the Governor expressed shock and grief over her death and offered prayers for the repose of the departed soul.

''I am deeply shocked and grieved to hear about the demise of Ms Usha Narayanan. She was known for her simplicity and dedication towards the cause of women and children,'' he said.
