Punjab: 3 school children killed, 11 hurt in collision

Nawanshahar, Jan 25: Three children were killed and 11 others injured in a collision between a school bus and a truck near Mahalo on the Nawanshahar-Banga road in the city police station area today.

Police said the deceased were being identified. The injured were rushed to a hospital where nine of them were later discharged.

Police and civil authorities have rushed to the site and launched rescue.
