Parsvnath Developers gets certificate for 'Parsvnath Greenville'

New Delhi, Jan 25 (UNI) Real estate major Parsvnath Developers Ltd today said it has received a completion and occupancy certificate from Haryana for its residential project ''Parsvnath Greenville,'' spread over 12 acres.

The firm said it has obtained the certificate from the Director, Town and Country Planning, Haryana for 228 units of the Parsvnath Greenville located on the Main Gurgaon Sohna Road.

The units for which the completion certificate has been received are categorised as 2BR and 3BR apartments in low-rise building.

''The completion certificate holds an important place since it's a go-ahead for us to unveil the project for occupancy,'' company Chairman Pradeep Jain said.

Parsvnath Green Ville comprises of 2BR, 3BR and 4BR apartments, penthouses and villas designed in accordance with Swiss architecture.
