Jammu and Kashmir: Girl arrested for LeT links
Jammu, Jan 25: A young girl student of para-medical sciences was arrested by police for having alleged links with Lashar-e-Toiba (LeT) militant outfit in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, official sources said today.
The girl, identified as Saima Bano, was apprehended by police from Asthan Mohalla in Doda town, for her links with the LeT's 'divisional commander', sources said.
A notebook containing vital information about the LeT militants was also seized for the girl, who was undergoing Dental Assistant's training at the District Hospital, Doda.
She was sent to the Joint Interrogation Centre (JIC) of police, sources added.
