Badal releases Patiala Kala Parishad's Gurmat Diary
Chandigarh, Jan 25 (UNI) Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal has released a 'Gurmat Diary' in the form of table calendar for the year 2008 published by Patiala Kala Prishad.
A spokesman of the Punjab government said that the Gurmat Diary had 365 leaves with pictures of historical Gurdwaras of the Patiala district along with Gurbani quotes from Sri Guru Granth Sahib on every leaf and its foreword had been written by SGPC Jathedar Avtar Singh Makkar.
Lauding the initiative of the Patiala Kala Prishad for bringing out this unique publication, Mr Badal said that it would be useful for everyone to start one's daily routine by seeking direction from the 'Shabad Guru'.
