3i Infotech Q3 net up 77.6 per cent at Rs 49.6cr

New Delhi, Jan 25: IT solutions provider 3i Infotech today said its net profit increased 77.6 per cent at Rs 49.6 crore for the third quarter ended December 31, 2007. The total revenue for the quarter was Rs 323.4 crores, recording a growth of 82 per cent over the corresponding quarter of the previous year, a statement said.

''The quarter has seen good growth in revenue and profits, in line with our business plans. While international market dynamics pressurized businesses the world over, our balanced global growth with a de-risked business model has helped us in continuing to grow without being significantly impacted by these events,'' company's MD&CEO V Srinivasan said.
