Union Bank of India net up 42 pc at Rs 365.02cr

New Delhi, Jan 23: Union Bank of India today said its net profit increased 42 per cent to Rs 365.02 crore for the thirdquarter ended December 2007, compared with Rs 255.84 crore over the same period a year ago.

Its total income has increased 39 per cent to Rs 2,806.04 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 from Rs 2,015.46 crore in the same period last year, a statement said.
