Shopping complex, hut gutted in Kashmir, 1 injured

Srinagar, Jan 22: One person was injured while a shopping complex, a hut and three houses were gutted in the Kashmir valley overnight, official sources said.

They said a vehicle hit and injured one Farooq Ahmad Ronga at Nawakadal in the down town city. He was hospitalised. Sources added that ground floor of a shopping complex at Parchoo in the south Kashmir district of Pulwama was gutted in a devastating fire. The cause of the fire was not known, they added.

Three houses were reduced to ashes at Dardpora, Achabal, in Anantnag district while a forest hut was set on fire by miscreants at Kokernag.
