Jacko is not ready for Jackson 5: Janet

Washington, Jan 22 : American R and B superstar Janet Jackson is not so sure about her brother Michael participating in a planned Jackson 5 comeback tour.

The reason Janet gave was that she does not know if Michael's ready to go back to singing in a group.

Her elder brother Jermaine Jackson, is sure that the group will be able to go ahead with their reunion tour later this year (08), Michael included, but Janet is still not convinced.

"I know it's been kind of tough for Mike. Maybe he just wants to continue to be a solo artist and if that's what he wants, you have to respect his wishes," Contactmusic quoted her as saying.

"But what an impact it (a reunion) would have on the world. (I'd) be the first in line to buy a ticket," she added.

Michael is allegedly in talks to revive his pop career with a London residency this summer (08), but reports have as yet been unconfirmed.
