Three injured in IFFCO pipe line explosion
Kendrapada, Jan 21 (UNI) Three workers of a construction company were injured when a sulphuric acid pipeline under construction at the IFFCO's Paradeep plant exploded yesterday, police said here today.
The three workers of J&J Construction company engaged in the pipeline operation work sustained critical acid burnt injuries and have been shifted to SCB Medical College at Cuttack.
Police said the injured have been identified as Bishnu Charan Jena, a resident of Ishanpur under Jajpur district, Alok Kumar Sahu of Chakradharpur village under Paradeep police station and Ruchiranjan Mohanty of Tihidi village under Niali police limit .
