Senior IAS officer Brijendra passes away
Lucknow, Jan 21 (UNI) Senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Brijendra passed away today after a prolonged illness at Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.
A 1971 batch officer, Mr Brijendra was presently posted as the Administrative Tribunal and Vigilance Commission chairperson.
Meanwhile, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati condoled his death and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
