Parliamentary Committee on HRD visits Pondy

Puducherry, Jan 21: The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Human Resource Development (HRD) today visited the Union Territory (UT) as part of it's two-day departmental studies.

The team visited the Vallalar Government High School at Lawspet and inspected the breakfast scheme being implemented by the government. The team also interacted with teachers and students.

Accompanied by Puducherry Education Minister M O H F Shajahan and Education Secretary A C Verma, the team also visited Villianur and Thattanchavady.
