Indiasoft 2008 to be held in Hyderabad from March 20

Hyderabad, Jan 21: The two-day Indiasoft 2008, the largest IT global networking event in the country, will be held from March 20 at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre here.

The event, to be organised by the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC), would be sponsored by the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industries and Union Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

In a statement here, ESC Chairman Sanjiv Narayan said Indiasoft 2008, comprising international exhibitions and conferences, would facilitate joint ventures, collaborations and strategic alliances for outsourcing with overseas buyers.

ESC Executive Director D K Sareen said Indiasoft 2008 would be an effective forum for the participants to assess appropriate partners with whom joint ventures could be established for mutual benefit, as also to assess the outsourcing needs of visiting foreign buyers.
