Chidambaram says 'no comment' on stock market fall

New Delhi, Jan 21 (UNI) Finance Minister Palaniappan Chidambaram has declined to comment on today's stock market, as it tumbled about 11 per cent to a four-month low.

The country's shares have suffered their biggest intra-day points fall ever as the market was hit by margin calls, selling by foreigners and losses in offshore markets.
