3 pilgrims from AP killed in accident
Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 21 (UNI) Three Ayyappa pilgrims from Andhra Pradesh were killed and 25 injured when the van, in which they were travelling, collided with a Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus at Kochu Ullooor in this district today.
The deceased were identified as Manikandan, Mani and Durai.
The injured were admitted to Medical College here, police said.
Meanwhile, in another accident, a woman was charred to death when the car, she was driving, overturned and caught fire at Moonukal in Ernakulam district.
The victim was identified as Geetha, a native of Moonukal.
