Three injured by snapped live wires in North 24 Parganas

Barrackpore, Jan 20 (UNI) At least three people today sustained shock injuries from a snapped electrical live wire near here at Titagurh Brmhasthan in North 24 Parganas during Moharram demonstrations.

Senior police officers here said the accident occurred when a procession was marching with Tajia on the road staging demonstration with weapons.

The injured had immediately been rushed to the sub-divisional hospital here, police said.
