Steel tycoon Mittal discusses investment opportunity in WB

Kolkata, Jan 20 (UNI) Industrialist L N Mittal met West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee here today to discuss investment opportunities in the state.

''We are eager to invest in West Bengal. We have discussed various areas, where we can invest,'' he told reporters, after their one hour 15 minutes meeting at the state secretariat.

Praising the Chief Minister for his leadership, Mr Mittal, the fifth richest man in the world, said, ''It was under his guidance that West Bengal had transformed and a lot of development had taken place in the state.'' UNI KDG LL RD LS RK2030
