Auto driver assaulted by motorcycle gang
Mangalore, Jan 20 (UNI) Six unidentified persons who came on three motorcycles pulled out a driver from a moving autorickshaw, assaulted him for allegedly carrying bones of a cow before setting fire to the vehicle at Phalnir in the city today.
According to police, the unidentified men also threatened the autodriver with his life if he repeated the mistake.
The driver sustained minor injuries. After setting fire to the autorickshaw,they miscreants escaped.
