JSL to raise $25 mln through FCCBs

New Delhi, Jan 19 (UNI) Jyoti Structures Ltd (JSL) today said it will issue 76 lakh equity shares on preferential basis to foreign investors including Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) and also issue Foreign Currency Bonds (FCCBs) for a value upto 25 million dollars through private placement.

The Mumbai-based company will also issue 42 lakh warrants to the promoters, said a statement.

JSL is engaged in providing turnkey solutions in the field of High Voltage Power Transmission Lines and Substations.
