ICSI appoints President, Vice President
New Delhi, Jan 19 (UNI) Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has elected Mr Keyoor Bakshi as President who took the charge with immediate effect.
Mr Bakshi, a graduate in commerce&law and fellow member of the ICSI, is presently a practising company secretary at Ahmedabad.
Mr Datla Hanumanta Raju, an MBA with specialisation in finance, has also taken charge of the ICSI Vice President and is presently a practising company secretary at Hyderabad.
With over 30 years of experience in corporate laws and finance, both President and Vice President were elected to the ICSI Central Council for the term 2007-2010.
