Contract killer arrested in Delhi

New Delhi, Jan 19 (UNI) The Delhi Police today said it had arrested a contract killer, carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 on his head, from the East District.

They said the Anti Bag Lifting Cell of the East District police, during an operation, arrested dacoit and contract killer Saleem alias Shafifuddin alias Buchhan, a resident of Kishanganj in Bihar. He was wanted in 37 cases of murder, dacoity, attempt to murder, extortion, kidnapping for ransom in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab and West Bengal.

The police said Saleem carried a reward of Rs 25,000 on his head. One loaded country made pistol with two live rounds were seized from his possession.
