Sheila exhorts girls to help make Delhi a clean city
New Delhi, Jan 17 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit today exhorted girl students to get actively involved in making the national capital a most courteous, clean and green city ahead of the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
Laying the foundation stone of an auditorium at Gargi College here, she said girls have many opportunities in today's fast changing world.
''They must have the courage and commitment to achieve their goals,'' Ms Dikshit added.
She expressed confidence that new modern auditorium would provide opportunities for overall development of girl students.
The new auditorium would also have a conference hall and a gymnasium. This would become functional within one year.
