Rupee opens slightly up at 39.265/275 per USD

Mumbai, Jan 15: The Rupee inched up slightly to open firmly at 39.265/275 per US Dollar from its previous close of 39.28/29 per dollar. The partially convertible Indian currency moved up today on strong inflows for an IPO worth up to USD 3 billion, though suspected RBI intervention ristricting its appreciation against greenback, dealers said.
