Chandel Project to be operational in June

Khandwa, MP, Jan 15 (UNI) The Chandel Power Project, near this district's Punasa and on the left bank of the Indira Sagar Project, will begin generating electricity from June, official sources said here today.

Three turbines of 5 MW each are being set up.

The first would be operational by June and the rest by December.
