And this time for an endorsement! Or should we say, for not endorsing Brand Jharkhand? Chief Minister of Jharkhand Madhu Koda is in a flap after Bollywood actress Koena Mitra endorsed Jharkhand at the Pravasi Bharatiya meet in Delhi asking NRIs to invest in the state given its rich mineral resources.
