In a letter to Dr Singh, Mr Vaiko, referring to this evening's incident in which a Tamil Nadu fisherman was seriously wounded when the Lankan Navy opened fire at his boat off the coast of Rameswaram, blamed the UPA Government at the Centre for its 'attitude' towards the island nation by providing logistics and arms support due to which Tamil Nadu fishermen were ''attacked and killed by its Navy.''
