Spice Comm secures LoIs for 4 premium circles

New Delhi, Jan 11: GSM mobile services provider Spice Communications Ltd (SCL) today said it has received Letters of Intent (LOIs) for four circles from the government that accounts more than 27 per cent of country's mobile subscriber base. The service provider in Punjab and Karnataka SCL has deposited the requisite license fees for Andhra Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Maharashtra circle, company said in a statement. SCL, a part of leading business group Spice, has also provided the guarantees for obtaining the licences, it added.
